Job summary

Virtru is seeking a Pacific Region Sales Executive to expand our market presence across U.S. Federal, DoD, and international public sector customers in the Indo-Pacific region. This role demands significant travel and involves managing key clientele.

Ideal candidates should possess over 10 years of enterprise software sales experience within the DoD, strong technical knowledge in cybersecurity, and established relationships with decision-makers across INDOPACOM. Compensation ranges from $150,000–$210,000/year with additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Candidates must reside on the West Coast (CA, OR, WA) or Hawaii.
• Willingness to travel (<50%, including potential OCONUS travel).
• Strong understanding of DoD-specific compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of U.S. federal, DoD, and international public sector accounts.
• Build and execute an annualized territory plan.
• Develop relationships with key decision makers across INDOPACOM.

Skills

Active clearance required (TS/SCI preferred)

10+ years of enterprise software sales experience within the DoD

Strong technical aptitude in cybersecurity, data protection, and IT solutions

Deep, established relationships with key decision makers across INDOPACOM

Familiarity with DoD accreditation processes (RMF, ATO, FedRAMP)
