Virtru seeks a Pacific Region Sales Executive to lead growth across U.S. Federal, DoD, and international public sector customers in the Indo-Pacific. You will own a high-visibility portfolio, build territory plans to exceed quota, and engage with key decision makers across INDOPACOM and allied governments.

Reside on the West Coast or Hawaii and be prepared for <50% travel, including potential OCONUS deployments. This role offers competitive compensation and extensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Active clearance (TS/SCI preferred)
• Must reside on West Coast or Hawaii
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (OCONUS travel possible)
• 10+ years of enterprise software sales in the DoD or Pacific theater
• Established relationships with INDOPACOM-aligned commands and agencies
• Strong technical aptitude in cybersecurity and data protection
• Familiarity with DoD accreditation processes (RMF/ATO/FedRAMP)
• Familiarity with ICAM/IdAM in DoD environments
• Understanding of DoD compliance requirements (CMMC, DFARS, DISA STIGs)
• Ability to develop and close international public sector deals

Aufgaben

• Own and grow a portfolio of U.S. federal, DoD, and international public sector accounts across the Indo-Pacific
• Build and execute an annualized territory plan to meet and exceed quota
• Develop relationships with key decision makers across INDOPACOM and service components
• Cultivate relationships with defense ministries and intelligence agencies across Pacific partners
• Navigate international procurement processes and regulatory environments
• Engage with commands and customers across Hawaii, Guam, Japan, Korea, Australia, and beyond
• Build partnerships with regional VARs and system integrators
• Drive proposal creation, pricing strategy, and competitive positioning
• Develop responses to RFPs/RFIs and similar instruments
• Collaborate with legal/compliance/product teams to structure international deals
• Assist with product demonstrations and technical discussions
