Job summary

Virtru is hiring a Pacific Region Sales Executive to lead growth across U.S. Federal and international public sector clients throughout the Indo-Pacific.

This is a high-visibility role requiring strong cybersecurity aptitude and a focus on building relationships in key government sectors. The position offers competitive compensation and aims to strengthen security in the regional market.

Qualifications

• Must reside on the West Coast (CA, OR, WA) or in Hawaii.
• Willingness to travel (<50%, including potential OCONUS travel).
• Demonstrated track record of success in sales.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of U.S. federal and international public sector accounts.
• Build and execute a territory plan to meet and exceed quota.
• Develop relationships with INDOPACOM decision makers.
• Navigate international procurement processes.

Skills

Active clearance (TS/SCI preferred)

10+ years of enterprise software sales experience

Strong technical aptitude in cybersecurity

Deep relationships with INDOPACOM-aligned commands

Familiarity with DoD accreditation processes

Understanding of Indo-Pacific strategic data security
