Job summary

QUIPT HOME MEDICAL INC is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead our Northwest Operations. You will drive profitability, manage branch managers, and execute business plans for sales growth while ensuring adherence to policies and clinical programs.

The role requires building a high-performing team, maintaining regulatory knowledge, and coordinating with clinical staff and the sales group to grow referrals and achieve location budgets. Travel to field sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience in HME, home health industry or business preferred.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• 3 years’ experience in the home health industry.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for the financial and operational performance of the location.
• Develop and implement business plans for the area including sales growth and expansion.
• Work with the Sales Team to achieve KPI growth and targets.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed, including Clinical Programs.
• Hire and train staff; build a capable customer service team.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, and JCAHO guidelines.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of products, services, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee relationships with patients and referral sources.
• Monitor location compliance with policies, procedures and training.
• Manage inventory and company assets; monitor budgets and growth plans.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to develop programs and with sales to maintain referrals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
