Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist in the Pacific Northwest region to grow the customer base and manage distributor relationships. The role focuses on large accounts, regional growth, and cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, and supply chain.

The successful candidate will leverage commercial acumen, CRM proficiency, and strong communication skills to deliver volume and value while navigating market dynamics and regulatory considerations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or military experience (US E5 or Canadian PO2/Sergeant) preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• US work authorization; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search for new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer organizations.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing plan with other functions.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and guide decisions.
• Lead negotiations and implement price strategies aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
