Job summary

You will coach reps, shape pipelines, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management and cross-functional collaboration with Operations and regional leaders.

The role requires 8+ years in sales leadership, strong financial acumen, and proven ability to grow revenue while mentoring teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of sales management experience with revenue growth.
• Proven success leading high-performing sales teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including forecasting and budgeting.
• Experience with strategic customer relationships and complex negotiations.
• Hands-on, accountable leadership with strong communication and judgment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across branches and regions.

• Lead and Develop the Team: coach, mentor, and hold reps accountable for goals.
• Drive Profitable Growth: develop regional sales strategies to grow revenue and profitability.
• Build Customer and Market Partnerships: develop relationships with key customers and support major projects.
• Own Forecasting and Business Discipline: maintain a pipeline and forecast to support revenue and growth decisions.
• Collaborate Across the Region: partner with Operations, Marketing, and other teams to deliver strong customer outcomes.
