ARG Industrial is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the Pacific Northwest. You will lead the sales team, forge relationships with key clients, and implement strategic plans that win new business.

The role is with a 100% employee-owned company offering a base salary of $100,000–$110,000 plus a performance plan, ESOP, and a 401(k) match, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales management.
• Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional sales plans and revenue growth.
• Mentor and train the sales team across the region.
• Forge relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with branch teams to ensure CRM and sales processes are effective.
• Provide guidance and training to branches on sales strategy and execution.
• Monitor market trends and adjust sales plans accordingly.
• Travel within the assigned region to meet clients and close deals.
