Job summary

Dow Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist to support small and medium customers and manage distribution within the Pacific Northwest region. You will also engage large accounts, oversee non-selling processes, and build relationships with key influencers across channels.

Responsibilities include developing forecasts, analyzing market data, and delivering sales plans aligned with marketing, production, and supply chain to drive growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship provided.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network within customer org.
• Execute sales/marketing plan delivering volume and value; align with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts in coordination with Production and Supply Chain.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies considering regulations and Dow processes.
• Collaborate with other functions to deliver CX results.
