Job summary

STEMCO, a subsidiary of Enpro, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the South Texas area. The role involves promoting STEMCO products, training distributors and end users, and driving sales growth across fleets and OEMs.

Candidates should reside in or relocate to South Texas and be prepared for extensive travel. Responsibilities include delivering demonstrations, expanding market share, and collaborating with distributors and sales teams to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of related work experience, including 1+ years CRM experience.
• 2+ years of related work experience in B2B or Manufacturing Industry experience a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Promote STEMCO/Enpro culture and leadership principles.
• Sell STEMCO products to meet performance expectations.
• Grow STEMCO sales penetration in the assigned territory.
• Make sales calls to existing and potential customers within the territory.
• Promote and sell STEMCO products by identifying customer needs and presenting solutions.
• Build and support relationships with distributors, fleets, OEMs, and end users.
• Provide training to distributors and end user customers on STEMCO products.
• Utilize CRM and BI tools to promote sales, maintain and update data in CRM, pipeline, and BI management tools.
