Job summary

Dow is seeking a Senior Sales Specialist for the Pacific Northwest region. The role focuses on supporting small to medium-size customers and managing distribution, while engaging with large accounts and overseeing non-selling processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience in the U.S. or Canada.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand the account portfolio and Dow presence in the region.
• Understand customer needs to differentiate Dow and gain market share.
• Search new product development opportunities within the market.
• Maintain customer relationships and expand network to different levels within a customer’s organization.
• Execute sales/marketing plan, delivering in volume and value; align sales plan with marketing.
• Develop sales forecasts with Production and Supply Chain.
• Collect market intelligence to shape the sales plan and product development decisions.
• Lead negotiations and price strategies aligned with goals and compliance.
