Job summary

Hartmann Young seeks a Regional Sales Executive for the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR) to drive adoption of diagnostic products among clinicians. The role includes delivering clinical and technical information to healthcare providers and patients, and collaborating with Sales, Clinical Services, and leadership to ensure sustained use of products.

The candidate will develop a territory plan, demonstrate product knowledge, and lead in-service trainings while navigating pricing and reimbursement

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience, including 3+ years in medical sales to clinicians.
• Prefer experience in neurology sales and existing Pacific Northwest neurology relationships.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive Pacific Northwest territory business plan.
• Demonstrate expertise in product knowledge, sales strategy, and business acumen.
• Conduct clinical in-service trainings and educate healthcare providers on product use.
• Communicate product value in pricing and reimbursement context.
• Maintain CRM documentation and expense reporting; participate in trainings.
• Build relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote product adoption.
