Terumo Neuro is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Seattle East to promote neurovascular products and educate clinicians. You will drive sales through strategic planning, building relationships, and coordinating with internal teams.

The role requires engaging physicians, nurses, and healthcare professionals, managing programs, and participating in trainings and trade shows to ensure product understanding and optimal patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific, technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
• Ability to present to members of the medical and business community.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

Responsabilidades

• Meet or exceed territory sales goals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory business plan with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Cultivate customer relationships to drive sales and growth.
• Manage account programs (pricing, contracts, promotions) in the territory.
• Conduct in-services, training sessions, and educational programs for clinicians.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Service and other departments to promote business.
• Attend meetings and training to learn new products and programs.
• Maintain and expand product sales; launch new products in the territory.
• Support training and attend trade shows and sales meetings.
