Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Genomics & Diagnostics to lead growth across the Pacific Northwest. You will develop regional plans, identify opportunities, and drive revenue while building relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and clinical leaders.

The ideal candidate combines diagnostic sales experience with scientific acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to communicate complex genomic concepts to healthcare professionals. Travel up to 50% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field.
• Proven success in clinical diagnostics or biotechnology sales.
• Strong ability to communicate complex scientific information.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans designed to achieve revenue objectives.
• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, laboratories, and clinical leaders.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and challenges.
• Forecast territory performance and communicate trends to sales leadership.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and pipeline in Salesforce or similar system.
• Act as a strategic advisor on market conditions and customer needs to leadership.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare audiences.
• Travel throughout the territory, up to 50%, to advance opportunities.
