You will develop territory plans, manage forecasting in Salesforce, deliver scientific presentations, and collaborate with marketing and medical affairs to support customer success while advancing precision medicine initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences (Genetics, Biology, Biochemistry, or related field).
• 5+ years of successful sales experience in clinical genomics, molecular diagnostics, or precision medicine.
• Proven track record selling into pediatric hospitals or academic medical centers.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic territory plans to achieve revenue goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, hospital administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Use a consultative, science-driven sales approach to position genomic testing solutions.
• Conduct market analysis and share insights on trends, competition, and opportunities.
• Manage territory data, pipeline, and forecasting within Salesforce CRM.
• Deliver engaging scientific presentations, webinars, and product demonstrations to clinical audiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, medical affairs, and operations to support customer success.
• Provide field intelligence and feedback to inform product development and market strategy.
