Job summary

Route 92 Medical is seeking a Territory Manager for the Pacific Northwest, covering Seattle, WA and surrounding areas. The role is a full-time professional position based in the Seattle region, with substantial travel and emphasis on training, value analysis, and customer support for neurovascular product lines.

The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of medical sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven ability to build trusted customer relationships while driving sales

• Must be located in or near the Washington/Montana area or relocate prior to hire.

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs and coordinates activities to drive product use in the designated geography.
• Coordinates training activities for all accounts within the geography.
• Collaborates with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) within each territory.
• Participates in negotiations with key accounts.
• Forecasts sales and monitors market changes affecting growth.
• Has responsibility for some service activities.
• Travels >60% and maintains knowledge through ongoing education.

PURPOSE OF JOB:

Route 92 Medical seeks a Territory Sales Manager to manage the activities in relation to training, value analysis, and customer support of all the products and services offered by Route 92 within their designated geographical area. This role will support the Washington/MontanaArea including but not limited to Seattle, Tacoma, Bellevue, Tacoma, Billings, Missoula, etc. We are looking for people passionate about innovative, disruptive technology to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plans, directs and coordinates activities to drive support of product use within a designated geography or list of accounts
• Coordinates training activities for all accounts within the designated geography
• Collaborates with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) within each territory
• Participates in negotiations with key accounts
• Forecasts sales, monitors the economic and legislative environment for changes that may impact growth
• Has responsibility for some service activities
• Collaborates internally with the team to continually strengthen the culture and enhance customer relationships
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products & sales strategies
• Recommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
• Travel > 60%
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks and by participating in professional societies

SKILLS FOR SUCCESS:

• Must be located in or near the geographical area listed above or relocating prior to hire.
• Knowledge of Medical Device products, services, industry, customers, and competition
• Demonstrated ability to execute the sales process
• Proven Success in building strong and trusting relationships with customers
• Interpersonal skills reflecting a collaborative, resilient, and flexible work ethic
• Self-starter with a drive and passion for high performance

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent of combined education/certificate

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum of 5 years of related medical sales experience or equivalent
