Brunswick Corporation seeks a full-time Sales Representative to cover the Pacific Northwest (Portland/Seattle, WA). This role focuses on growing an existing territory with a 100% commission pay structure and comprehensive benefits.

You will travel to customer sites and regional boat shows to drive sales and market share. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage dealer and distributor relationships.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; college degree preferred in business or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in marine or related industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic PC skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to build customer relationships.
• Independent decision making with risk analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing accounts and develop new ones within the territory.
• Manage and implement product and marketing programs and forecasts.
• Provide product knowledge and marketing insights to customers.
• Support dealers and distributors to grow sales and market share.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and communicate market information to management.
• Execute sales and marketing programs and handle exceptions.
• Collaborate with credit, service, and marketing teams as needed.
• Travel for calls and participate in regional shows and meetings.
