Brunswick is seeking a full-time Sales Representative to cover and grow a Pacific Northwest territory in Portland/Seattle, WA. The role emphasizes commission-based earnings and the opportunity to service existing accounts while developing new business.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in marine industries, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently. Travel and customer-focused collaboration are required for success.

Qualifications

• HS diploma required; College degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in sales, preferably in the marine industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to build customer relationships.
• Ability to independently make accurate decisions and assess risk.

Responsibilities

• Calling on existing accounts and developing new accounts within the assigned territory.
• Sell and manage product and marketing programs, and forecast demand for products.
• Provide product knowledge and marketing strategies to a diversified customer base.
• Support dealer and distributor sales to grow market share and maintain accounts.
• Travel for sales calls to territory customers and attendance at events as needed.
