Job summary

Brunswick seeks a full-time Sales Representative to cover the Pacific Northwest (Portland/Seattle). You will call on existing accounts, establish new ones, and drive sales of products and marketing programs across an assigned territory.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the marine industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Ability to travel within territory and manage accounts independently.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing accounts and establish new ones within the Pacific Northwest territory.
• Sell and implement product and marketing programs; forecast new and existing products.
• Provide product knowledge and marketing insights to customers; support dealer and distributor sales.
• Maintain current dealer information and monitor market area; upsell and cross-sell where appropriate.
• Execute programs, handle complaints with minimal intervention; coordinate with internal teams.
