• 20+ years of sales leadership experience in HVAC, mechanical systems, or construction.
• Demonstrated success growing market share and leading sales organizations.
• Deep understanding of mechanical systems and complex construction cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine CMS’s go-to-market strategy.
• Engage executive-level stakeholders and key accounts.
• Lead a team of Sales Engineers and Account Managers with mentorship.
• Oversee annual sales budgets, forecasts, and incentive targets.
