Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop deep customer relationships based on trust.

Responsibilities

• Develop long-term customer relationships with contractor and consulting engineer accounts.
• Promote CMS products and services with technical solutions for business needs.
• Identify opportunities and build account strategies with buyers and influencers.
• Prepare proposals, determine pricing, and negotiate terms with customers.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to write project specifications.
• Maintain account activity reports and annual forecasts.
