Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest (Leader) to drive enterprise sales and partner engagement from a Bellevue, WA base. Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading quota-carrying sales professionals.
• 7–10+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale high-performing sales teams.
• Track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
• Experience building and executing strategic territory and account penetration plans.
• Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to an enterprise sales team toward achievement of assigned quotas and goals through partners in a defined geographic territory.
• Increase Check Point awareness in the market through direct contacts with Partners, Resellers, Large Accounts, and Technology Consultants.
• Maintain an active presence in Trade Shows and Check Point organized Seminars.
• Develop the sales channel, enhance distributor/VAR performance, and extend market coverage with additional partners.
