Job summary

Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. is seeking an Area Sales Manager, Pacific Northwest (Leader) in Seattle, WA to lead an enterprise sales team. You will drive quotas through partners, expand market coverage, and increase brand awareness across large accounts, resellers, and technology consultants.

The role requires 7–10+ years in enterprise technology sales, proven leadership, and a track record of surpassing sales goals. Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading quota-carrying sales professionals.
• 7–10+ years of successful enterprise technology sales experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and scale high-performing sales teams.
• Demonstrated track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas, driving new logo acquisition, and delivering significant revenue growth.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and talent development capabilities.
• Experience building and executing strategic territory and account penetration plans.
• Excellent executive-level communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to an enterprise sales team toward achievement of assigned quotas and goals through partners in the defined territory.
• Increase Check Point awareness through direct contacts with Partners, Resellers, Large Accounts, and Technology Consultants.
• Maintain active presence in Trade Shows and Check Point seminars.
• Develop the sales channel, enhance distributor/VAR performance, and extend market coverage through additional partners.
