Job summary

IMAGINiT Technologies is seeking a strategic, performance‑driven Sales Manager to lead our Pacific Northwest Sales team. The role focuses on accelerating adoption of Autodesk and IMAGINiT Solutions, developing people, scaling revenue, and delivering long‑term customer value in construction.

You will coach a team of sales professionals, set direction, implement strategies, and build strong customer and partner relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven track record managing sales teams, preferably in software or construction tech.
• Skilled in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing sales team focused on IMAGINiT solutions.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and hit targets in construction.
• Own sales forecasting, pipeline health, and business planning using Salesforce.
• Engage with C‑level executives and stakeholders to drive long‑term customer value.
