bidadoo, Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest, ideally based in Washington, to manage existing accounts, acquire new customers and act as a trusted consultant for our equipment marketplace and services.

You will source opportunities for weekly auctions and marketplace, build relationships with buyers and sellers, and deliver value through consulting and proactive outreach while traveling across your territory.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of proven outside/field sales experience with revenue attainment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong business presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM tools.
• Background in equipment sales, rental or valuations is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute a strategic plan to grow your Pacific Northwest territory.
• Build knowledge of new and used equipment across construction, rental and related sectors.
• Establish relationships with key decision makers and influencers.
• Generate leads for buyers and sellers and populate weekly auctions and marketplace funnels.
• Consult with customers on valuations and sales estimates.
• Drive revenue through auction, remarketing and consignment services.
• Deliver compelling proposals and presentations showing business value.
• Document activity in CRM and manage customer transactions end to end.
• Maintain a high level of customer experience aligned with bidadoo values.
