The candidate will manage the regional pursuit process, coordinate seller-doer activities, and ensure client context is prepared for meetings, with travel across the Pacific Northwest.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architecture, planning or a related field is required.
• 5 or more years of experience in AEC business development, client relations or pursuit management.
• Demonstrated fluency and passion for CRM platforms for pipeline management and relationship tracking.
• Strong knowledge of the AEC seller doer model and public sector procurement processes in the Pacific Northwest region.
• Readiness to integrate Business Development into sensible AI workflows.
• High social and communication skills and LinkedIn management skills.

Responsibilities

• Regional Pipeline Management: Maintains a current, accurate CRM pipeline for the Pacific Northwest with documented contacts, next actions and timelines.
• Principal and Seller Doer Support: Structures and coordinates activity so PICs arrive prepared and briefed.
• Pursuit Initiation: Prepares and delivers client context packages and participates in kickoff meetings.
• Team Development: Mentors Business Development Strategists within the region and guides CRM discipline.
