Job summary

NAC Inc. in the Pacific Northwest seeks a Business Development Strategist to lead regional BD activity, maintain the CRM pipeline, and support principal-led relationships with independence.

You will mentor junior BD staff, coordinate pursuit initiation, and ensure timely client context is captured in the CRM. Travel up to 50% around Seattle and Spokane; strong CRM fluency and knowledge of public sector procurement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, architecture, planning or related field.
• 5+ years in AEC business development or pursuit management.
• Deep CRM experience and pipeline discipline.
• Knowledge of public sector procurement in the Pacific Northwest.
• Willing to align BD with AI workflows.
• Strong social and communication skills; proficient LinkedIn management.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional pipeline management for the Pacific Northwest in the CRM.
• Support principal and seller-doer relationship activities with independence.
• Prepare and participate in pursuit kickoffs and post-submission debriefs.
• Mentor regional BD staff on CRM discipline and engagement strategy.
