Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in health care administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience leading staff.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with geriatric population.
• Knowledge of operations management.
• Demonstrated leadership and motivation skills.
• Ability to initiate and drive changes; results-driven.
• Knowledge of quality improvement, care delivery processes, staffing and budgeting.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day standards, staffing coverage, scheduling, fiscal management and quality improvement.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements.
• Monitors service quality and utilization of standards.
• Assists in developing and implementing quality improvement plans.
• Ensures staff provide high quality care and services.
• Investigates and resolves concerns regarding care and services.
• Tracks timeliness of service requests, falls, events, grievances and care plans.
• Oversee the PACE Operations including care planning, service delivery, grievances, appeals and customer service.
