Job summary

PACE Southeast Michgan seeks a Center Manager to lead operations at the PACE Center under the Center Director. You will supervise personnel, guide care plans, manage the budget, and coordinate care through the interdisciplinary team to optimize participant outcomes.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, quality assurance, and ensuring compliance with state regulations and CMS standards. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and collaboration with administration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Must have at least one year experience with frail or elderly population.
• Interest and ability to work in an interdisciplinary team environment.
• Meet a standardized set of competencies for the position established by PACE Semi and CMS.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and activities within the PACE Center.
• Oversee staff training; schedule work hours and assignments.
• Supervise staff including hiring, evaluating, counseling, discipline, and termination recommendations.
• Coordinate services to the frail elderly at the center.
• Plan and direct center activities and emergency transportation arrangements.
• Lead and coordinate the PACE Inter Disciplinary Team (IDT).
• Collaborate with Directors to ensure state regulations and staffing ratios are met.
• Engage with PACE Administration to develop program services.
• Develop and implement program goals to maintain quality assurance.
• Maintain departmental policies and procedures.
• Participate in budget development under supervision.
• Oversee care quality and safety at the center and in the community.
• Directly supervise Participant Care Associates and center staff.
• Serve as liaison between disciplines, administration, and staff.
• Investigate and track participant grievances and incidents.
• Other related duties as assigned.
