Job summary

AltaMed is seeking an Enrollment Development Specialist I to support marketing efforts for the PACE program. You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, providers, and community-based organizations, and serve as the primary contact for the senior population in diverse communities.

You will focus on increasing census for your assigned PACE location by identifying new referral sources, generating leads, scheduling tours, and presenting AltaMed’s PACE services while complying with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales.
• Experience with senior adults and underserved populations preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English or English/Mandarin/Cantonese or English/Vietnamese preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, providers, and community-based organizations.
• Increase census for assigned PACE location by generating leads and arranging tours.
• Represent AltaMed PACE program while adhering to laws and conduct standards.
• Support site Center Manager with retention strategies and other program initiatives.
