Job summary

AltaMed is seeking an Intake Specialist I to coordinate the enrollment of potential PACE participants. You will work with Enrollment Development Specialists to boost PACE membership and support retention efforts.

The role requires at least two years in healthcare, an Associate’s degree or equivalent experience, and a current BLS certificate. Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is required, such as Cantonese, Mandarin, Vietnamese, or Spanish.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or 2+ years in healthcare is required.
• Bilingual ability in English plus another language (see requirements).
• Current BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate enrollment of potential PACE participants.
• Serve as liaison between Marketing and Operations teams.
• Manage enrollment data and track progress in CRM.
