Job summary
AltaMed Health Services invites applications for the Enrollment Development Specialist I (EDS I) role supporting the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). The position focuses on marketing events, building relationships with healthcare professionals, providers, and community organizations to raise awareness and enrollment in PACE.
The EDS I will identify new referral sources, generate leads, tour PACE centers, and represent AltaMed in a compliant, professional manner to
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience is required.
- Experience working with senior adults and underserved populations preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish/English, English/Mandarin Chinese or Cantonese, or English/Vietnamese preferred.
Responsibilities
- Increase PACE census in assigned geographic area.
- Identify new referral sources and generate leads.
- Schedule visitors to tour PACE centers and procure qualified enrollments.
- Represent AltaMed PACE program in accordance with laws and company standards.
