Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. in California is seeking an Enrollment Development Specialist I (EDS I) to support marketing for the PACE program.

You will develop relationships with healthcare professionals, providers, and community organizations to raise awareness and increase enrollment in PACE centers. The role focuses on identifying new referral sources, generating qualified leads, and representing AltaMed's PACE program while complying with laws and internal standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience required.
• Experience working with senior adults and/or underserved populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, healthcare professionals, providers, and community-based organizations.
• Increase census for assigned PACE location by identifying referral sources and leads.
• Represent AltaMed PACE program while adhering to laws and internal standards.
• Work as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to customers.
• Support PACE site Center Manager with retention strategies.
