Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking an Enrollment Development Specialist I to support marketing efforts for the Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, providers, and community organizations to raise awareness and drive referrals in an assigned area.

The role focuses on increasing senior census, identifying new referral sources, scheduling tours of PACE centers, and representing PACE with professionalism and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years direct business or consumer outreach/marketing/sales experience.
• Experience working with senior adults and underserved populations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Increase census for assigned PACE location.
• Identify new referral sources and generate leads.
• Schedule visitors to tour PACE centers.
• Procure qualified leads for enrollments.
• Represent the PACE program in compliance with laws and AltaMed standards.
