Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking a PACE Director to lead the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. This full-time role oversees program development, administration, and financial viability, and cultivates partnerships with Local, State, and Federal agencies.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Health Care Administration or related field, a Master's preferred, and at least seven years of management experience in health care, with PACE leadership and travel

Qualifications

Seven (7) years of experience as a manager or administrator in a human and/or health care services operation.
Five (5) years working as a PACE Center Manager, PACE Director, or within a PACE leadership role is preferred.
Ability to travel between sites and to other events as needed.
Active driver's license and proof of insurance is required, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Lead the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) programs, ensuring financial viability and growth.
Develop and administer program operations and stakeholder relationships.
Manage Local, State, and Federal government and community partnerships.
