Job Summary
The PACE Director will be responsible for the leadership, development, and administration of the programs of the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). Duties include ensuring the financial viability of all programs and the continued growth of the PACE program. Responsibilities include managing all business, partner, Local, State, and Federal government and community relationships.
Job Requirements

Education - A Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Public Health, Social Work, or a related human services field is required. A Master’s Degree in these fields is preferred.
Experience - Seven (7) years of experience as a manager or administrator in a human and/or health care services operation, preferably serving the aging population. Five (5) years working as a PACE Center Manager, PACE Director, or within a PACE leadership role is preferred.
Other Requirement(s) - Ability to travel between sites and to other events as needed. Active driver's license and proof of insurance is required, if applicable.
