Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) in Seattle, WA, is seeking a PACE Director to lead the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly. This full-time role focuses on program development, financial viability, and cross-agency collaboration.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in a health-related field, a Master’s preferred, and bring extensive senior management experience, including PACE leadership. Travel and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health care administration, business, nursing, public health, social work, or related field.
• Master’s degree in these fields preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer the PACE programs and services.
• Ensure financial viability and growth of the PACE program.
• Manage relationships with Local, State, Federal government and community partners.
