Job summary

International Community Health Services (ICHS) is seeking a PACE Center Manager in Seattle, WA. This full-time role oversees the PACE program operations, including rehabilitation, nutrition, transportation, and admin support, ensuring staff training and regulatory compliance.

The candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team, manage budgets, and step in for the Program Director when needed. A bachelor’s degree and health care/geriatric experience are preferred, with CPR/First Aid certification

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health or human services, or clinical degree/diploma.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Five years health care experience and three years management experience.
• Geriatric care experience preferred; if not met, training upon hire.
• Active CPR and First Aid certification within 1 month of hire.
• Knowledge of the physical, mental, and social needs of the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the PACE program including rehabilitation, recreation, nutrition, transportation, and admin support teams.
• Ensure appropriate personnel are trained and perform their functions within standards and budget criteria.
• Ensure operations comply with governing regulations; act as Program Director in their absence.
• Serve as backup for Transportation Administrator as part of interdisciplinary team.
