Innovative Integrated Health, Inc. is seeking an Executive Director to oversee the PACE center operations, align strategic goals with the IIH mission, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver quality elder care services.

The role requires strong leadership, regulatory knowledge, and the ability to drive improvements while maintaining a compliant and compassionate workplace environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in managing staff within different healthcare disciplines preferred.
• Experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred (1+ year).
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in healthcare/business management.
• Valid driver's license, current insurance, and vehicle registration may be required in some assignments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the PACE program at a designated center; coordinate with all departments and IIH divisions.
• Lead center strategy and workforce aligned with IIH mission; collaborate with VP of Operations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations governing PACE/ADHC operations.
• Drive process improvements, budgeting, procurement, and policy implementation across centers.
