Job summary

Bgcarenav is seeking a PACE Clinical Manager to lead clinical operations within the PACE program, aligning services across the Center, participants’ homes, and contracted providers. You will promote independence and well-being through coordinated clinical services.

The role requires RN licensure in Kentucky, supervisory experience, and strong EHR proficiency. You will work with an interdisciplinary team to drive quality and regulatory compliance, fostering clinical excellence within the nursing

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current Kentucky license.
• Two years RN clinical experience required.
• Two years supervisory experience required.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHRs).
• BLS certification required.
• Food handling permit to be completed upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality, person-centered care.
• Oversee supervision and development of clinical staff.
• Lead quality improvement and infection control initiatives.
