Job summary
Senior CommUnity Care of Northern Kentucky PACE, a program of Volunteers of America National Services, seeks a Director of Clinical Services in Florence, KY. You will provide direction, coordination, and supervision of nursing and clinical services to residents/clients, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
The role requires BSN, RN license, CPR, and 4+ years of nursing and management experience, with a focus on improving participant
Qualifications
- BSN from an accredited nursing program; RN license active in Kentucky.
- CPR certification required.
- 4+ years of nursing experience with frail/elderly populations.
- 4+ years of nurse management experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical services and nursing care across the PACE clinic, homecare, and medication departments.
- Provide leadership, supervision and mentorship to the PACE Clinic Manager, Homecare Manager, and nursing staff.
- Coordinate with the Interdisciplinary Team and external providers to ensure high-quality participant care.
