Job summary

Capital Health is seeking an experienced nursing leader to provide oversight of licensed clinical staff and care management across the PACE center and contracted care settings.

The role requires clinical leadership, staff recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and ensuring high-quality patient care with coordinated care plans and 24-hour coverage. Strong collaboration with providers and operations is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Five years' clinical long-term care experience with frail elderly population.
• Three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of licensed clinical staff and care management personnel.
• Direct daily clinical operations and staffing to ensure timely access to care.
• Coordinate with IDT and primary care providers for comprehensive patient care.
• Ensure staff practice within licensure and clinical standards.
