Job summary

Franciscan Health Michigan City Campus in Michigan City, Indiana, seeks a PACE Center Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the PACE Center, guiding staff and activities to uphold the mission of Franciscan Health and deliver high-quality, compassionate senior care.

You will lead the team, manage health plan operations, coordinate vendor partnerships, and drive quality improvement while maintaining audit readiness and compliance with CMS requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree Health Care, Business Administration or related — Required
• 4 years Healthcare — Required
• 1 year Working with frail/elderly patients — Required
• 2 years Community-based program management — Preferred
• 2 years PACE — Preferred
• Drivers License — Required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) — Required
• Registered Nurse (RN) — Preferred

Responsibilities

• Accountable for day-to-day operations of the PACE Center, including all patient care areas, health plan operations, emergency preparedness and facility maintenance.
• Identify needs within the vendor network and escalate new partnerships to the Business Operations Manager
• Contribute to the Quality Improvement Program, including attending meetings and reviewing data collected by quality improvement coordinators.
• Make decisions for direct reports and perform people management activities such as evaluations, disciplinary actions, staff planning, recruitment, and onboarding.
• Responsible for compliance for accreditation and certification requirements set forth by CMS; ensures audit readiness.
