Job summary

PACE Sterling Heights is seeking an Assistant Day Health Center Manager to co-manage the center’s team and activities, provide guidance and supervision to staff, and assist with planning and directing center operations.

Under the Day Health Center Manager, you will supervise training, scheduling, hiring and performance discussions, coordinate services for participants, maintain policies, and respond to participant and caregiver concerns in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• An Associate’s Degree is required; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• A minimum of one year supervisory experience required.
• Interest and ability to work in interdisciplinary team environment.
• Group leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage the center’s team members and activities in alignment with PACE SEMI values.
• Oversee training of team members, schedules, and assign job duties.
• Supervise staff and participate in hiring, evaluation, and performance discussions.
• Coordinate services to PACE SEMI participants at the center; direct center activities.
• Maintain departmental policies and procedures and address related duties as needed.
