Job summary

PACE Central Michigan is seeking a Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new Houghton Lake Center, opening late fall and beginning in September 2026. The role reports to the Executive Director and coordinates all services and disciplines with a participant-centered approach.

  • Clinical licensure such as LPN, RN/BSN, MSW or similar healthcare credentials preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare leadership, care coordination, participant services, or interdisciplinary teams.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in healthcare, with at least two (2) years in supervision.
  • Experience working with frail elderly populations.
  • Current Michigan licensure where applicable.
  • Valid Michigan driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance/registration.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.

Responsibilities

Job description

PACE Central Michigan is seeking a Center Manager to oversee the daily operations of our new Houghton Lake Center, currently under construction and anticipated to open in late fall of this year. This position is expected to begin in September of 2026. Under the direction of the Executive Director, this role is responsible for the coordination of all services and disciplines within the center, ensuring high-quality, participant-centered care while establishing efficient operations from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:
