Job summary

PACE Southeast Michigan is seeking a Center Director to lead and supervise personnel at the Eastpointe center. You will plan center activities, participate in developing goals, and supervise care planning for participants with an interdisciplinary team of professionals.

You will also coordinate service delivery with operations and quality directors, manage the center budget, and ensure compliance with CMS and state requirements. Strong leadership, budgeting, and people skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum two years supervisory experience.
• Minimum one year experience with frail/elderly population.
• Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational and supervisory skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and activities within the PACE Center.
• Oversee staff training, scheduling, and job assignments.
• Supervise hiring, evaluation, counseling, discipline, and terminations.
• Coordinate services to frail elderly participants across settings.
• Lead the Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) meetings and collaborate with CMS and state regs.
• Develop and monitor departmental budget; ensure quality and safety standards.
• Investigate participant grievances and incidents; ensure prompt resolutions.
