Job summary

WelbeHealth PACE seeks a dedicated Personal Care Assistant to support our participants at the day center. You will deliver safe personal care on-site, assist with daily activities, and help with meals while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a high school diploma and preferably HHA/CNA certification in California; driving ability is needed for participant transport. We offer a competitive compensation package with bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HHA or CNA certification preferred in California.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in personal care for seniors.
• Willingness and ability to drive to assignment locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care to WelbeHealth participants (ADLs).
• Assist with escorting, toileting, bathing, dressing, grooming, laundry, and lifting.
• Measure and document vital signs as instructed.
• Act as a medical escort for transportation as needed.
• Maintain safety and oversee day center floor activities.
• Assist with meals and feeding when required.
