Job summary

Solenis LLC is seeking a PAA Operator to safely and efficiently operate the Peracetic Acid process. The role focuses on raw material offloading, transfers, and finished product toting, ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance.

The candidate will support plant production and maintain excellent records in SAP systems. Ideal applicants have industrial or chemical plant experience, familiarity with tank farms or bulk liquid handling, and a strong commitment to safety and quality in an onsite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Industrial or chemical plant operating experience preferred.
• Experience with bulk liquids/toting operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with SAP or electronic batch/log systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor raw material storage tanks, including level checks, transfers, and tank lineups
• Perform material transfers according to procedures and production requirements
• Operate the finished product toting station, including tote setup, filling, verification, and labeling
• Verify correct product, tank identification, and routing prior to transfers or toting activities
• Conduct basic inspections of pumps, hoses, valves, and metering equipment associated with transfer and totting operations
• Accurately complete required documentation, including log sheets, batch/order records, and SAP transactions
• Communicate process status, abnormal conditions, and equipment issues to supervisors and incoming shifts
• Maintain housekeeping standards in tank farm, transfer, and toting areas
• Follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies, including proper PPE use and spill prevention practices
