Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in a chemical plant or industrial environment.
• Ability to qualify in multiple operating areas.
• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including climbing, lifting, working at heights, and working in variable conditions.

Responsibilities

• Operate plant equipment and execute SOPs to keep production running within defined parameters.
• Record operating data, log entries, and time records accurately and on schedule.
• Report equipment problems, abnormal conditions, and process deviations to designated personnel.
• Relay essential information to the next shift and relevant departments as required.
