Job summary

Nombase is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead key distributor relationships and grow sales in PA/WV, focusing on Rhinegeist products. You will manage 150+ accounts, develop regional plans, and collaborate with the OH team to drive distribution and events around Pittsburgh.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills, with readiness to travel and represent Rhinegeist at festivals and tastings.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in territory sales growth and distributor management.
• Strong leadership, decision making and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities with retailers and distributors.

Responsibilities

• Develop monthly goals for assigned wholesalers and review performance.
• Manage inventories by market and coordinate shipments.
• Create action plans if goals are not met and drive growth.
• Build strategic relationships with retailers and distributor personnel.
• Lead POS execution and marketing strategy across the territory.
• Represent Rhinegeist at events, tastings, and festivals.
• Travel throughout PA/WV and live near Pittsburgh for market coverage.
