Green Thumb Industries is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee our Pennsylvania cannabis program. You will drive sales growth, manage forecasts, and guide a high-performing team across multiple channels. The role requires frequent travel within the state and collaboration with Finance, Operations, Branding, and Marketing to optimize revenue and execution.

The position emphasizes people-first leadership, industry knowledge, and a proactive, hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of cannabis industry, regulations, trends, and competition preferred.
• Proven ability to build and execute a sales strategy to generate and develop new business.
• Experience with P&L and budget management.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; Salesforce experience beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all functions of the sales lifecycle including forecasting, relationship management and deal negotiations.
• Develop annual and quarterly revenue plans with CGM; report by product and channel.
• Ensure stores have proper inventory levels through tools and in-store visits.
• Provide insights on sales drivers and identify growth opportunities.
• Attend cannabis industry trade shows and events to engage with customers.
